What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your receipt within 30 days, you can contact customer service to get a refund. (The proof is that you never use it)

Refund process: Don’t hesitate to contact customer service to request a return address.

It has never been worn if the watch is new after receiving and inspecting the goods. Refunds will be processed immediately, and it will take 8-20 days for the refund to be returned to the card.

Why didn't my order complete?

1. Banks may suspend transactions due to high-risk foreign transactions. Please get in touch with customer service.
2. The card has not been authenticated.
3. If the order amount exceeds the US $ 1000, it will be limited by the bank. We recommend contacting customer service and paying an additional fee using Western Union or Bitcoin.
